Big Pine Island is a unique property with specific strong points and some negative issues. Kathi quickly mastered all of these and provided the best possible selling experience for the Owner. In addition, there were complications for the closing because of an unusual ownership situation involving a dissolved limited partnership. Kathi worked through all of these patiently and professionally with the Buyer's closing agent. Finally, the closing agent attempted to have me pay several charges for which I had no obligation under the sales contract; Kathi maintained good relations with the closing agent while I successfully negotiated their removal, and the transaction closed on schedule.
